Jason & Sarah Beach are the driving forces behind this event, bringing their passion for disc golf and community-building to the forefront. As leaders of the Merced Disc Golf Club, they have worked tirelessly to expand opportunities for female players, ensuring that events like Half Dome Heroines become a staple in the region’s disc golf calendar. Morning Session

🔹 7:00 AM - 7:40 AM → Player Check-In
🔹 7:40 AM - 7:45 AM → Players Meeting
🔹 7:45 AM - 7:55 AM → Proceed to Holes

🚨 7:58 AM → TWO-MINUTE WARNING 🚨
⏳ Players should be at their starting holes, ready to begin.

🔹 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM → Round 1 Start

Midday Break

🥪 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM → LUNCH (Time may vary depending on the last card)
🔥 Ring of Fire! (Fun competition during lunch)

Afternoon Session

🔹 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM → Round 2 Begins

Final Events & Awards

🎯 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM → CTP (if Ace Pot not hit), Raffle, Awards, and Prizes!

🏆 Event Breakdown:

• Round 1 & Round 2: Two full rounds of disc golf, covering the course.

• Ring of Fire: A fun putting challenge for all players.

• CTP (Closest to the Pin): If no one hits the ace pot, a special CTP challenge will take place.

• Raffle: Players get a chance to win great prizes.

• Awards & Prizes: Recognizing top finishers and special category winners.
